From the front of the house, insert the paper wrapped dowel in the hole as shown. Carefully slide the dowel out of the hole on the back side of the house while leaving the parchment paper inside. The parchment paper tube should be flush with the front side of the house and stick out the back about 1/2".

Cut the top of the paper towel roll to form a tall peak and then cut the toilet paper rolls at a slight slant. If you put your slants on the bottom of the shorter rolls, the toilet paper tubes will slant away from the paper towel roll when placed around it. Cut out a door flap and windows on all of your rolls.

Bot ways the house stays nice and stable. You need an empty toilet paper roll, an A5 size sheet (half of a standard sheet for printing) and glue for paper.
